Job Description
As a Barista at Miami Coffee Roaster Inc, you’ll be the face of our café—preparing high-quality espresso drinks, educating guests about our coffee selections, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You will also help keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (but not required—training provided!). Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about specialty brewing methods.

Responsibilities
