Qualifications
- Current and valid State Cosmetology License.
- Proven experience in a professional salon (portfolio required).
- Expertise in color theory, chemical safety, and various cutting techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a loyal client book.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and hair history.
- Execute high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
- Recommend professional home-care products to maintain the integrity of the service.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with state board regulations.
