Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes supervising and motivating staff, ensuring high standards of food, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory and scheduling, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. The role requires strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (preferably 2+ years). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for hospitality and dedication to exceptional guest service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food safety certification (preferred, but not required).
